These terms govern your use of this website and, in general terms, any services, products or developer engagements booked with Odditeps.
By using this website or engaging Odditeps for any service, product or developer-hire arrangement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Odditeps provides website development, e-commerce development, front-end/UI-UX development, graphic design and custom portal development, along with the CRM and Smart Logistics products. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any engagement are agreed separately in a proposal, quote or statement of work before work begins.
Where a client engages a developer or designer through Odditeps on a full-time, part-time or hourly basis, that developer remains an Odditeps team member (or contracted resource) for the duration of the engagement, under the terms set out in the relevant engagement agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom code, designs and content created specifically for a client transfers to that client upon full payment. Odditeps retains ownership of its own products (including the CRM and Smart Logistics platforms), pre-existing tools, frameworks and internal components, and may reuse general knowledge, techniques and non-confidential components across projects.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, access and approvals needed to keep a project on schedule, and for ensuring they have the rights to any material (text, images, data) supplied to us for use in a project.
We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested software, but this website and our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any website, product or portal will be uninterrupted or completely error-free, and we make no warranty regarding results such as search rankings, sales, or business outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, Odditeps' total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Either party may terminate an active engagement as set out in the relevant proposal, statement of work or contract, typically with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
